Complete nutrition is very important for us all, including the need for vitamins and minerals. Nowadays, many parents do not understand correctly how many and what types of nutrients needed by a child. Parents are also still a lot of difficulty judging weather the nutrition provided to children is quite appropriate and balanced or not, and also weather they fulfill the nutritional adequacy of the numbers or not.

We are often confused when select the menu for our toddler, tastes and eating habits continue to change. Sometimes after the first year of their appetite tends to decrease. Nutrition at the age of the children can effect the physical and intellectual development of children. Eating habits, built from now on will be settled for life, and it is possible to help prevent certain diseases later in life.
